At TUKSORFOOD.com, we are committed to ensuring that your order reaches you as quickly and safely as possible. Please review our shipping policies below for more information on how we handle and deliver your food and health product orders.


PROCESSING TIMES

  • All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding major holidays).
  • Most orders are prepared for shipping within 24 hours after payment is confirmed. However, during busy periods, processing times may take up to 3 business days.
  • Once your order is processed, you will receive an email with your tracking information.

SHIPPING WITHIN THE U.S.

  • We currently ship food products only within the United States.
  • Orders are shipped via our standard carriers, and delivery typically takes between 7-21 business days, depending on your location.
  • Shipping fees may vary based on the total weight of the package and the destination. Final shipping costs will be calculated at checkout.
  • For large orders, items may be shipped in multiple packages and could arrive 1-2 business days apart.

SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS

  • Due to the nature of food products, we are unable to ship internationally at this time.
  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO, or FPO addresses. Please provide a valid residential or business address during checkout to avoid shipping delays.

DELIVERY CONFIRMATION

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information to help you monitor the status of your shipment.
  • If your order includes multiple items, you may receive separate packages, and tracking information will be provided for each package.

DAMAGED OR LOST PACKAGES

  • If your package arrives damaged or you do not receive your order within the estimated delivery time, please contact us immediately at hello@tuksorfood.com with your name and order number.
  • We will investigate the issue and either offer a replacement or refund, depending on the situation.

OUT OF STOCK ITEMS

  • If any item in your order is out of stock, we will notify you by email. If the item cannot be restocked within 2 weeks, we will automatically refund you for the out-of-stock product.
