HOW QUICKLY CAN YOU ANSWER MY QUESTION?
We respond to messages and emails in the order they are received and strive to reply as promptly as possible. Most messages are answered within 24 hours.


CAN I CHANGE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS AFTER MY ORDER HAS BEEN PLACED?
Due to the nature of food products and our fast processing times, it may not always be possible to change the shipping address after your order is placed. Orders are typically packed and shipped within 24 hours. If you notice an error, please contact us immediately with your name and order number, and we will do our best to make the necessary changes before the package is shipped. However, once the order has left our warehouse, we cannot guarantee address changes.


HOW LONG IS THE PROCESSING PERIOD?
Order processing times are between 1-3 business days after the day you placed your order. Most packages are prepared within 24 hours, but during busy periods, it may take up to 3 business days for your order to be processed.


GENERAL SHIPPING INFORMATION
Our warehouse processes and ships out all orders Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays. Once your order is placed, it should be shipped within 1-2 business days, and you will receive an email with tracking information. Delivery times vary depending on your location. For U.S. customers, shipments usually arrive within 7-21 days after dispatch.


WILL MY ORDER COME IN ONE PACKAGE?
Depending on the size of your order, you may receive your items in separate packages that could arrive 1-2 business days apart.


OUT OF STOCK/BACKORDERED ITEMS
If any item in your order is out of stock, we will notify you via email with the estimated restock date. If the item is not expected to be available within 2 weeks, we will automatically issue a refund for that item.


ADDRESS CHANGES
Our team processes orders quickly. If you notice an error in your shipping address, contact us immediately with your name and order number. We will do our best to adjust the address before the order is shipped, but once it leaves our warehouse, we may not be able to make changes.


DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
At this time, we do not ship food products internationally due to shipping restrictions and customs regulations. We currently only ship within the United States.


I RECEIVED A DAMAGED ITEM, WHAT DO I DO?
We are sorry that your item did not arrive in perfect condition! Please contact us with your name and order number for further assistance. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.


CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
Yes, once your order is dispatched from our warehouse, you will receive an email with tracking information to monitor the progress of your shipment.
